Aikido Training Day at the Saga Centre, Folkestone, Kent, UK

The Cinque Port Aikido Club had organised a three day training course culminating in a grading, The David Lloyd club travelled to Kent on the Saturday and after stoking up at the local cafe with bacon sarnie's and coffee arrived at the Saga Centre. There was a warm welcome from the organisers in this bright and airy centre overlooking the English channel. With excellent instruction and good comrades developing as the day went on.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable day and our thanks go to the organisers.
